INSTALLING THE CARELINE ALARM IS QUICK & EASY
The careline alarm unit is pre-programmed before you receive it so there is no need to wait for installation engineers. Installation of the careline alarm is also quick and easy, taking only a few minutes from receiving the package. After setting up your alarm, you will complete a short test call with our 24/7 UK-based Response Team to confirm that the careline alarm is set up correctly.
When the alarm arrives you will receive a detailed, easy-to-understand, step-by-step installation guide within the package. If you do however come across issues with your alarm set up, our 24/7 customer service team are always on hand to help you out and answer any queries.

The Careline Pendant
The careline pendant is designed to be as comfortable and lightweight as possible. Alarm users can choose to either wear the careline pendant around their wrist or neck, with both wearing style options provided inside the box.
The pendant is small, discreet and stylish by design, meaning that you don’t have to worry about removing the device if you are heading out – most people won’t even notice it at all!
No Charging
The careline pendant has an impressive seven-year battery life. Once the battery is running low, we automatically receive a warning and will send a free replacement.
Waterproof
The careline pendant is waterproof so you can keep it on whilst in the bath or shower. However, we do not advise submerging the device in water for longer than 30 minutes.
100 Metre Range
The careline pendant has a range of up to 100 metres. This means that your pendant will still connect to the careline alarm's base unit when you are outside in the garden.
869MHz Frequency
The careline pendant runs on the 869MHz European Social Alarm Frequency, which means that it doesn't interfere with other medical equipment in your home.
