easy to purchase, easy set up as it was replacing like for like, set up calls answered quickly and politely, also not as expensive as the council lifeline it replaced.

I enquired about a lifeline and spoke to Darren who was extremely helpful and explained things to me without being patronising as I am 87, The lifeline arrived next day as promised. I have already accidentally caught my pendant but the staff were very understanding and helpful.Thank you Darren very much.

The alarm arrived the day after the order was placed. The setup was straightforward and the staff were extremely helpful when it came to testing. The alarm has not been in place long enough to comment on its efficacy.

Very pleased with this company. Have been with them for over 3 years.

Wonderful customer service. My 90 year old Dad's charger stopped working. I phoned on Sunday and a replacement was delivered 9.30 Tuesday morning.

As a new customer I have been welcomed with great customer service, kindness and patience. The staff are warm friendly and extremely attentive and helpful and i would highly recommend this company…..I am partially sighted so the aforementioned qualities are so important to me and I feel much more confident going about my daily routine.

We originally spoke to Jos who was excellent. He explained everything so we all understood how things worked. A very funny man who made us feel very sure we had all the information we required. I also phoned again to test the alarm and once again an excellent customer service.
