Extremely impressed with this service, from ordering through to delivery and setting up of equipment.
Bought for my 89 year old father who has started to find some difficulty getting around his flat and has had a number of falls, but being stubborn insists on continuing to live his own life to the full in his wn familiar surroundings Set up of equipment was easy with clear instructions and helpful staff interaction during the testing stages. Although initial delays were encountered, which was a little disconcerting, but it was explained they were dealing with a large volume of calls, and were most apologetic. We added the fall detection service for peace of mind.
Father rather likes that he gets a good morning check up every morning since installation, thus making sure that he is okay. I would reccomend installing a key safe thus allowing access to emergency services if the choosen listed contacts are uncontactable and it is necessary for emergency staff to gain access if necessary. Overall we are very satisfied.
