The Yale Y500 is the perfect companion to a Lifeline personal alarm. In case of an emergency, our team will provide paramedics with your Keysafe code. Using the keysafe means they can treat you quickly without causing damage to your property or waiting for a keyholder to arrive.

When the smoke detector is activated, it will transmit an alert to our Response Centre and a loud alarm will sound. The LifeConnect24 Response Team can speak with the resident and assess the risk before contacting the Emergency Services.

Having an additional pendant will allow you to keep one pendant just for use outside in the garden, or to leave one as a spare on your bedside table. Some of our customers like to have a spare just in case they misplace their original pendant and can’t remember where it is.
