Additional Lifeline Equipment

In addition to our personal alarms, we offer lots of great Lifeline equipment that can link with your personal alarm to keep you safe around your home. Here are just some of the devices that can help make your home a safe place.

Big Button Phone

A big button telephone designed with accessibility in mind. The phone has a large button, fumble-free keypad to make dialing easy for anyone.

It also has 3 built-in direct memories and 10 indirect memories to call your loved ones at the touch of a button.

Radio Pull Cords

Radio Pull Cord

The Radio Pull Cord can be strategically placed around the home to give the user a convenient way to summon help in an emergency.

Flood Detector

Flood Detector

The detector provides an early warning of potential flood situations, such as taps being left on. The flood detector should be placed on a flat surface close to a bath, washbasin, toilet or sink, where a flood or leak is likely to occur.

Heat Alarm

Heat Alarm

The Tunstall heat alarm is a wireless indoor sensor which gives an early warning of a potential fire in the home. The heat alarm is easily fitted onto the ceiling. It automatically raises an alarm if the temperature rises to 58°C.

Bed/Chair Occupancy Sensor

The bed/chair occupancy sensor can raise an alert when the user has left their bed or chair and not returned within a pre-set time period, indicating a possible fall. The sensor can also be programmed to switch on lights, helping people find their way to and from bed safely.

Ambient Temperature Sensor

The Ambient Temperature Sensor helps to maintain a healthy temperature within the home. It supports independent living by maintaining a pre-determined temperature to provide a comfortable environment. It can also monitor for unexpected changes in temperature.

Motion Sensor

The motion sensor 869 is a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor which is designed to detect movement in a room and transmit a radio signal to a Lifeline alarm unit. It has been specifically designed for care applications where it is important to avoid detecting a user who may be on the floor following a fall (fall zone feature).

JUST CHECKING ACTIVITY MONITORING SYSTEM

Just Checking is a simple, web-based activity monitoring system. This is a standalone system which doesn’t require any other Lifeline equipment, a connection to a monitoring centre, or a telephone line. Small wireless sensors in the home generate a chart of activity which can be accessed via a secure website.
